Notes
These are a person's documents, not the product manual. Each file in docs/site/notes/ becomes a page with a stable link. That is the same rule the product uses: a document is a file, git is the history, the URL is how you hand it over.
Add a note by adding a markdown file. Rebuild the docs site. The link is the path.
